Joke #4
An atheist is walking through the woods one day when all of a sudden a huge

The concrete and steel it would take! It will nearly exhaust several natural resources. I can do it, but it is hard for Me to justify your desire for worldly things. So, again Peter tries to climb the cross to get to his lord, when the roman soldier draws his sword and chops Peter's arm off. Peter is getting a little pissed and wants to go back to his buddies, but again Jesus summons. The roman guard can't believe that Peter is trying yet AGAIN to climb to the cross, and chops off another arm. Peter is now covered in blood and demented from the blow to the head and wants to call it a day. Jesus hoarsly croaks, "Peter, please, come to me!"

You are Unique
“Yet you made him but a little lower than God, and you have crowned him with glory and honor.” (Psalm 8:5 AMP)
You don’t realize how unique and valuable you are — none of us do. The reason you are so vulnerable to the fear of dejection is because you’re full of self-doubt. That’s why when criticized by another person, deep down inside, you have the doubt and fear that they’re right. So it hurls even more.
The effect of sin is always insecurity. The more we sin, the more insecure we become. When someone ignores you at a party, you might say, “They must not like me!” Maybe they just didn’t even see you there. But because you were seeing through the eyes of fear, you were vulnerable.
What’s the antidote to the fear of rejection? The antidote is to put God in first place. Second, you put people in their place by putting their opinions in the right perspective. Then, you must accept what God says about you.
Yet you made him but a little lower than God, and you have crowned him with glory and honor.” (Psalm 8:5 AMP). You were created by God, and God does not make junk.
Not only were we created by God, but Christ made us acceptable — not because of what we’ve done, because we could never be good enough to be acceptable to a perfect God. Jesus Christ died on the cross, paid for all our sins, and covered us with his love. God looks down at you and says, “What Jesus did was acceptable. You are acceptable.” All you have to do is accept what he’s done for you.

Dont work harder but work Smarter! Part II
Solomon also talked about the extreme type of worker - the Workaholic.
The Workaholic won't stop working. It's all he thinks about. It's all he talks about. His whole life's wrapped up in his work. Solomon describes him,
This is the case of a man who is all alone, without a child or a brother, yet who works hard to gain as much wealth as he can. But then he asks himself, "Who am I working for? Why am I giving up so much pleasure now?" It is all so meaningless and depressing. ECCLESIASTES 4:8
Do you know anybody like this? I am a workaholic, but I am trying to be recover from it. I want to give you Solomon's five steps to recovery from workaholism:
RELAX
READJUST YOUR VALUES
I observed that most people are motivated to success because they envy their neighbors. Ecclesiates 4:4a
Thought: Most of workaholism stems from a desire for more. The cost of workaholism is enormous - divorce, alcoholism, health problems, fractured relationships, unhappiness, loneliness, and on and on and on.
ENJOY YOUR REWARDS
People should eat and drink and enjoy the fruits of their labor, for these are gifts from God. Ecclesiastes 3:13
Thought: You should be thankful for what you have. Take time to smell the roses. Enjoy life's simple pleasures.
LIMIT YOUR LABOR - This is an intentional decision!
Fools are so exhaustedly by a little work that they can't even find their home. Ecclesiastes 10:15
Thought: "All work and no play makes Whit a dull boy." We need a balance. There is a time to work, but there is also time to play.
It is useless for you to work so hard fromearly morning until late at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones. Psalm 127:2
Thought: If you don't take time to rest, your body will make time for rest. Schedule four things in your life: rest, recreation, relationships, and romance!
ANTICIPATED GOD's CARE - The root of a lot of workaholism is worry!
Don't worry about these things, saying, "What will we eat? What will we drink? What will wear?" These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Matthew 6:31-32
Thought: Trust God!
ECHANGE YOUR PRESSURES FOR GOD'S PEACE
Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
Thought: "Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you" (1 Peter 5:7).
One last thought: I've never met a dying person who said, "Oh, I wish I could work one more hour."

Dont work harder but work Smarter!
Most businness people worship their work, work at their play, and play at their worship. As a result, their meaning and values in life are distorted. Their relationships are terrible and their lifestyles are aimless. Let's listen to the richest and wisest man who ever lived. His name was Solomon. He addressed the question, "So what people get in this life for all their hard work and anxiety?" Solomom talked about the extreme type of worker - the Lazy Worker, whose motto is: "It's better to have loafed and lost than never to have loafed at all!" But Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes, "Fools fold their hands, leading them to ruin." He gave counsel to the Lazy Worker on how to succeed by writing down six attitudes of successful people:
1. Work Enthusiastically
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might....Ecclesiastes 9:10
2. Work with Integrity
A good reputation reputation is more valuable than costly perfume...Ecclesiastes 7:1
3. Work Skillfully
Ifmthe ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed but skill will bring success....Eccesiastes 10:10
Thought: Work smarter, not harder.
4. Work Efficiently
There is a right time and a way to do everything...Ecclesiastes 8:6
Thought: Write down your goals. If you aim at nothing, you will hit nothing.
5. Work Cooperatively
Two are better offmthan one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out aknd help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble....Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
Thought: Be a team player
6. Work Persistently
Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you dont know if profit will come from one activity or another - or maybe both....Ecclesiates 11:6
Thought: Successful people dont know how to quit. They have the ability to keep on going for five more minutes. If at first you dont succeed, welcome to the human race. Dont quit!
One final thought: It's not how much you work, it's how you work that makes a difference.

Psalm 97:10
Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserve the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
Sometimes I sat by myself, questioning if it was really significant to try to live spotless, Christian life. Some thought maybe I became old-fashioned and formal or I am crazy. I wouldn’t go out now to have drinks with old friends, hated smoking, and had no wish to engage in sex joint or bars. I didn’t like going to parties with my old friends just for drinking spree, but I must admit I hated to be alone sometimes. When I was a new Christian, every once in a while, I felt like just giving in and doing what all my peers are doing. Those feelings passed, though, and I felt a special peace and relieve in refusing to give in. Being different is hard. To say not to wrong-doing and evil can be agonizingly difficult. Yet, out God calls us to be different, to stand apart from the crowd. No compromise for evil and to live beyond the daily grind. If we will continue to say no to evil, while saying yes to God, He will save and reinforce us. We are never truly alone if we will only love the Lord. God, I want to do what is right, but sometimes to wrong is very tempting and appealing. Please grant me the power to oppose and hold onto what I know is true. Amen

Psalm 93:1, The LORD reigns; he is robed in majesty; the LORD is robed; he has put on strength as his belt. Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.
A platoon leader was standing head above the rest of his men. He is armed with the most sophisticated and latest technology gears, very snappy and proud. Seeing the man filled with confidence, many will thought that everything would work out. He simply displays success. Before the battle can begin, he can claim triumph already. Our Dear Lord is the same. All power and strength comes from Him. You can rely on His wisdom. Everyday in our lives, we fight the daily grind, and everyday is a battle. Please always bear in mind that God will be on our side and He can be in charge. Our God will not surrender and He will be with us every step of our way. He is our Great Platoon Leader or rather shall I say that He is our General who will always win. Lord, in your might and knowledge, I take my safe haven. You are the bastion that shield me and I have totally NO FEAR. I will always worship YOU, Amen.

A Beautiful Meal!
It is now very seldom to find a steak house which serves a very affordable meal. For a 220 bucks, you can have a very sumptuous meal like pork chop or any of the other meal like fish fillet or breaded chicken. A set meal complete with a complimentary toasted bread pasted with a butter. Inclusive of iced cold tea, a soup, a salad and a dessert. Somewhere near the Alabang Town Center, a new place called Molito, there is a restaurant called Wooden Horse. A place with an ambiance of a western culture, with waiters wearing cowboy boots and hats. The place is worth visiting and I tell the food is really great for the money you spend. Try it!! Right HK Snob?

Nobody can fool God. He can sees us wherever place we go. Some people are fooling themselves when they think they can fool God. He can sees all things, hears all things, and nothing can escapes His attention. It will be a scary thing for those people who live in sin. You have nothing to worry if you walk in righteousness. Let Him see you and it is good to know that He is with us. I pray Lord, that you are always with me. Search me Lord, and guide me to correct the wrong things that I do. Please prevent me from straying into the darkness and help me walk into the light. Amen.

A Man Madly in Love
A man is madly in love with a princess and wants to propose, but an evil witch has cast a spell on him, and now he can say only one word a year. So he waits 14 agonizing years, accumulating all his words, before approaching his beloved. Finally, the big day, arrives. When he sees her, his heart skips a beat. He gathers his nerves, drops to his knees, and intones, "My darling I have waited many years to say this", "Will you marry me?" The princess turn around and smiles, and says"Pardon me?"
Eating Yogurt
Yogurt is a good source of calcium. It is an excellent source of protein. Yogurt fights bacteria. May help to reduce risk of colon and breast cancer. It helps to overcome lactose intolerance. It's a good source of riboflavin. Yogurt ease arthritis and reduces the risk of high blood pressure. So now, I prefer to eat yogurt than ice cream. They are both sweet, but yogurt is sugar free & low fat.

Time Management - Is this a cliche?
Below are some of the few tips that I know about Time Management:
A. Carry a book or a planner of what you have written or recorded and plan your priority for the week.
B. Assign a time table for those conversations or recorded minutes that will make you successful and are very important. Try to prevent a long list of to do list, because it doesn't work. It will just make your work complicated and you will create a lot of unfinished business.
C. Spend more time in the thoughts, activities and minutes of your meeting that produce good results.
D. Have a break and have a Kit-Kat. Pull a way from what you are doing some time. Have a schedule for time interruptions.
E. Start your day by completing your time plan and do it on your first 30 minutes. It is the most important time of your day.
F. Before you make every call, take 5 minutes to list down the task to decide what kind of result you want to attain. Begin with an end in mind, and it is success. I will slow time down. And after your call or task, take 5 minutes to determine whether your desired result was achieved. Do a postmortem analysis.
G. When you want a job to get done, you can opt to put or write a "Dont disurb sign"!
H. Don't answer emails when they pop up or you can delay answering a phone it rings or you can also delay replying back text messages. You can opt to disable instant email pop up.
I. You can schedule a time to answer email and return phone calls. Don't do it instantly unless it is absolutely crucial in your business to offer an immediate response.
J. You can shut off social networks while you have important tasks to finish.
It is always impossible to get all things done. Remember that odds are good that 20% of your thoughts, discussions and activities produce 80% of our results.

What Makes a Marriage Last Forever?
There are countless magazines and online quiz sites that will ask you 10-20 questions, and present generalized results on how you scored. But what they forgot to take into consideration is that marriage is neither a game, nor can it be determined based on few questions. Marriage is a journey which a couple takes together without making any demands or putting restraints.
♥ Remember... Arguments will Arise ♥
Every married couple has fights, but that doesn't mean it is time to call it quits. It isn't about how many times you had an argument or disagreement over some things. What matters the most is how you get out of them, clear the air, and move past it. Many a times, we find ourselves arguing about the same issues over and over again. This happens because your disagreements haven't been addressed and you still harbor unresolved issues. When there is pent up frustration, and you feel that your needs or wants aren't being addressed, you tend to lash out when an argument arises; regardless of what you're discussing. What you, as a couple, need to focus on is how the arguments are being handled. You might lose temper for a while, say things you didn't want to, and hurt each other's feelings. As these occurrences are common, you can communicate them and try to understand what each of you want when such a situation arises.

These are the very same reasons why you fell in love with your spouse in the first place and that is what is going to give you the drive to live a long, happy married life with one another. One of the ways to make your marriage last is to understand that you two are in this together and a marriage only works when both of you are willing to make it work. Imagine that you two are handcuffed together and you are supposed to reach a particular destination. Now if one of those persons is lagging behind, and isn't pushing towards reaching that goal, then it's not a joint effort. What I mean to say here is that many a times, during or after a fight or an argument, you may temporarily forget what attracted us to your spouse in the first place. This is very natural as in the heat of the moment, everything else gets disoriented. Which is why, when you have calmed yourself down, what you need to focus on are the things that attracted you to them. There are going to be millions of little things that occur each day, and they can get on your nerves. The more important thing is that you don't misunderstand your spouse, the love of your life, and think that they are someone else. Once the heat of an argument has died down, you can calmly talk to one another and figure things out. Don't forget the love and bond between you two.

This may sound like a cliché, but it works. Many couples have noticed that when romance dies in their relationship, so does the old attraction. It may be difficult to be romantic and unpredictable everyday, but we're not talking about doing that. There are hundreds of responsibilities in our lives and sometimes, finding time alone with your spouse could be tough. But this is where your imagination comes in. A sensual kiss on her neck while she's doing the dishes, hugging him when he's deciding what to wear for work in the morning, and a candlelight dinner when the kids are sleeping. All these things can bring a couple together, more close than they think. And of course, you have major occasions like birthdays, anniversary, Valentine's day, and other holidays to be creative.
These are just some of the things to make your marriage last forever. No couple, without investing themselves wholeheartedly can expect to have a loving, lasting relationship. Each day comes as a challenge, and both of you have to take it as they come. In the end, what's left is your undying love for one another. And when you think about it, what more does anyone want than to be loved and cared for.

Every married couple has fights, but that doesn't mean it is time to call it quits. It isn't about how many times you had an argument or disagreement over some things. KBL - Kadios Baboy Langka
Recipe:(good for 5 persons)
1 small glass of fresh kadios(bag-o kukot)
1 roll ubad sang saging(kihadon sang manipis kag kumuson sa asin)
1/4 kl tiil sang baboy
2 pcs tomato(slice to 4)
2 pcs onion(slice to 4)
5 bulbs garlic
1 tablespoon pure coconut vinegar(Tuba langgaw)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 roots tanglad leaves
1 tablespoon atsuete(stiwitis) soaked in water
other seasoning - salt,sugar,vetsin
Cover & cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
