Kadios Baboy Langka, a favorite food in Negros Occidental. I miss this food very much. Maybe I will try this coming December if we are given the chance to spend Chrismas in Bacolod City.
Recipe:(good for 5 persons)
1 small glass of fresh kadios(bag-o kukot)
1 roll ubad sang saging(kihadon sang manipis kag kumuson sa asin)
1/4 kl tiil sang baboy
2 pcs tomato(slice to 4)
2 pcs onion(slice to 4)
5 bulbs garlic
1 tablespoon pure coconut vinegar(Tuba langgaw)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 roots tanglad leaves
1 tablespoon atsuete(stiwitis) soaked in water
other seasoning - salt,sugar,vetsin
Cover & cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
