Yogurt is a good source of calcium. It is an excellent source of protein. Yogurt fights bacteria. May help to reduce risk of colon and breast cancer. It helps to overcome lactose intolerance. It's a good source of riboflavin. Yogurt ease arthritis and reduces the risk of high blood pressure. So now, I prefer to eat yogurt than ice cream. They are both sweet, but yogurt is sugar free & low fat.
